- ✗Schwyz part: kiters stay out of the 150 m shore zone (launch only), the Frauenwinkel reserve, Hurden and the eastern Obersee. sz.ch
- ✗St. Gallen part of Lake Zurich and the Obersee (Rapperswil-Jona) is closed to kites. sg.ch
💨Wind
🔥 Thermal: On light-wind days thermal winds dominate: Bise in the morning, SW in the afternoon in the upper lake. Usually from W, strongest around 18:00.
