✗Maasvlakte 2 P5/P6: kiting banned all year (wind turbines); only a test group of certified wave kiters with numbered NKV vests. kitesurfvereniging.nl
✗Scheveningen Noorderstrand: wind/kite zone only from groyne 42 (lighthouse) to 250 m north-east; separate wave-surf zone; stay out of the shipping channel. kitesurfvereniging.nl

💨Wind

🔥 Thermal: Sea breeze: often only from the afternoon on sunny days, when land and sea temperatures differ enough. Usually from NW, strongest around 17:00.
